no i dont, this is the first one i have done, but i would think you could do something very similar, i used 2×4 cut in half for the box frame and covered it with 1/2″ plywood and used a sheet of 3/4″ plywood for the deck. also its not in the video but i cut a notch out of some 2×4 and made a rail all the way around the top of the trailer to trim it out and to help seal out some water.

How would you recommend me cutting the plywood for the deck since its 5 feet across? Oh and on your trailer, did you bolted down the 3/4 plywood on your deck? I did’nt see that on your video.

i think the best way to do it would be to cut two pieces five foot long and lay them in sideways, that is assuming there is a way to support them at the joint, if not i guess it wouldnt really matter, how you did it. Yes i did bolt the deck down, my trailer has 5 cross pieces so i used 4 1/4″ bolts per rail for a total of 20 plus 4 eye bolts for tiedowns. I didnt have the money to buy them before i put it together so i did that later. I am going to do a walk around vid when it is all done

interesting video. I learned a few things from it. I’m also building a trailer.
