Noticed that you used care hood hinges as the support to help hold your lid up. How well do they hold up to the heat. Im looking to build one very similar but wanna make mine gas. I like charcoal? but it takes a lot of it to do a big event with a grill that size. Im originally from Columbia, SC but everyone in GA likes smokers versus grills.
