Here is the final product. I am 98% done with this bugout trailer. It has been converted into a toy hauler and sleep in camper conversion. YES, there is a vent on the roof, and I still need to add the portable a/c, tongue toolbox on the front for my genny and batteries, the mr heater, cargo net, screen doors, 2 outlets, extra lights, insulation(maybe), and spray the ramp door but for now I use extension cords, magnetic and wind-up lighting, and my stuff is stored inside the trailer.

Cargo trailers are sometimes required to be customized, or modified to suit your requirements and driving conditions. Loading and driving experience is required, it will increase fuel consumption, alter handling capability of vehicle including speed control, braking performance amongst others.
